IMPORTANT: At least one author should be registered to the conference for having the paper presented at the conference and published in the proceedings

 

»  POSTER GUIDELINES:

    1. Poster size should be not more than A0 (841mm x 1189mm) and size and not less than A1 (594mm x 841mm) size .

    2.  Characters should be easily readable from 2 mt distance

 

»  STEPS FOR PAPER SUBMISSION:

    1.  Once the abstract has been accepted, the Final Paper should be submitted in two formats: MSWord DOC and PDF with the naming convention at point 4. PDF format is mandatory, DOC format can be omitted.

    2.  SIZE and LENGTH - Papers should be maximum 8 pages long. Please make the pages even for printing purposes (2-4-6-8) by leaving a blank page if necessary. Each file indicatively should not exceed 20 Mb.

    3.  Make sure that you follow templates and guides for paper format: please check the ISPRS guidelines (orange book).

    4.  Name the file with <surname>_<firstname>_<n>.   Example: if Mr. John Doe submits two papers as first author he will send the two pdf files calling them doe_john1.pdf and doe_john2.pdf and the two MSWord DOC files calling them doe_john1.doc and doe_john2.doc.

    5. Upload your files to the ftp site  ftp://www.cirgeo.unipd.it/mmt2007/incoming/finalpapers
VERY IMPORTANT: if you are not able to access the ftp please turn off passive ftp from your browser. For IExplorer it means to go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced and uncheck che "Use Passive FTP" voice under the browsing options.
