Registration fees (excluding the summer school-only) cover:

Summer school registration fee includes the attendance to all the Mobile Mapping School sessions and coffee breaks on May 23.

* PhD student registration: this option is restricted only to students of age ≤ 30 years, who should provide valid evidence of their student status (to be sent via email to mmt2023it@gmail.com along with a proof of registration).

Each accepted paper must have at least one symposium registration (uniquely) associated to be included in the technical program and final conference proceedings.

Registration instructions

According to the Italian taxation rules, in order to receive the electronic invoice of your payment please carefully read the instructions below.

Employees of Italian public institutions (and of any Institution provided with PagoPa payments) must select the Italian form, whereas anybody else can use the English form. 

Payment must be done before the deadline of the selected registration option, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Payment type: in the Italian form only payments by credit card (PagoPA system) are allowed, whereas in the English form, bank transfers are accepted as well.

Details for the payment (credit card or bank transfer) will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form. 

For credit card payment (PagoPA system), once opened the page at the link received by e-mail, click on the “start online payment” button and login with the email address provided in the registration form to proceed.

For those having issues with the credit card payment, please take into consideration also paying with Paypal or Satispay. Among the "Credit/debit card", "Bank account" and "Other payment methods" options, select "Other payment methods". Then, choose either Paypal or Satispay and follow the instructions.

In the English form, to be refunded by your Institution or Company, please select the “Legal Person” option, and provide the required billing details, otherwise select the “Natural person” option, and provide your personal billing details.
